INDENA SIGNS LONG-TERM AGREEMENT WITH ALLIANCE PRINCIPLE INGREDIENTS AS  ITS CANADIAN DISTIBUTOR

Will offer the Indena line of herbal & plant 
extracts to Canadian manufacturers

April 19, 2006 - Milan, Italy - Indena has named Alliance Principle Ingredients as its Canadian distributor for its line of herbal & plant extracts for use in dietary supplements and food products. Ingredients manufactured by Indena that will be available from Alliance include GREENSELECT^® Green Tea Extract, MIRTOSELECT^® Bilberry Extract and LEUCOSELECT^® PHYTOSOME^® Grape Seed to list a few. The partnership allows Alliance Principle Ingredients to market and sell Indena products to the entire Canadian marketplace.
