Use Of the Indena's Brand Names:

The following rules apply to the use of Indena's Product Brands:

• The Brands can only be used after completing an Indena trademark letter of agreement.
• Whenever an Indena's Product Brand is used, the Brand must be clearly stated on the "ingredient list".
• The following sentence must appear somewhere on the package, on the website or on printed materials: "Indena's Product Brand is a trademark of Indena S.p.A."
